Welcome Extended stay guest! We are delighted to have you stay with us! Please read the following check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. If you are looking for our short luxury stay please visit www.airbnb.com for bookings:

Check-In Time is available starting at 2:00pm onwards. If you need to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Check-in process is self check-in, please follow the instructions sent to your email. You will receive a code for the key lockbox to retrieve the key. Please have a valid photo ID and your booking confirmation ready for verification during check-in. A risk deposit in the amount of $350 is required by check-in made payable to the property. (* please note this is only required for extended stay guest which is a stay of 10days or more but limited to 21 days at a time*)

Check-Out is by 10:30am on your departure day. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges. Please leave keys in the designated lockbox or follow the specific instructions provided in your check-in information.

Our team will inspect the room after your departure. The risk deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED. Additional charges will be applied for missing items. Please make sure to collect all your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left behind.

For extended stays, housekeeping services are provided upon request, please contact 706-461-4994. For any assistance during stay please contact 706-461-4994 or 165vine@gmail.com. Housekeeping is available from designated times.
